Your % codes can work on this making it even cheaper. I happen to get the 5% off code from groupon on Cheryl’s cookies, which took off .75 cents.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet!

  2. jenniferlandrews

Has anyone been able to use the groupon with this? I see the sampler says “This special offer cannot be combined with Promotion Codes or Reward Cards.”

    • patti

I have NEVER been able to combine.

I ordered the $30.00 cookies for $15.00 and was able to use 25% off that I got this morning making it $11.25. It didn’t say anything about shipping.

    • Ann

Thank you! Just sent the sampler to my daughter in college! She loves getting little surprises and so worth it for $6.99!!

  9. 1luv

How does that PayPal $15 off $15 work? I got the email but I go all the way to PayPal checkout and it still won’t deduct the $15

  10. Cindy

I sent this same sampler to 3 long distant family members. I was visiting when one arrived. I want to caution you that the cookies arrive in a very plain small brown box. I was sooooooo disappointed by the appearance. Heck, even Shutterfly sends stuff in bright orange boxes and envelopes, but the packaging on this is drab, boring and downright ugly. Even the “card” is not a “card”. It is stuck to the outside of the brown boring box and the recipient must carefully peel it away to find out who it is from (more like a bill). There is no filler or fanfare or even an attempt to make it look bright, colorful, fun or inviting. Instead it was 5 cookies, each wrapped in individual plastic bags (again not fancy or even cute!) stuffed in a brown box. I give them credit that the pictures are FABULOUS, but reality is FAR FROM THIS. This may work for some, and that is great, after all it is an inexpensive gift, but be aware that the presentation is very lacking and extremely disappointing.

Also be careful if you are trying to surprise anyone. I sent my kids the Halloween cookies with a note from their Christmas elf, but my name was all over the packaging. Luckily I was able to cut up the label and create my own card before they saw it.

    • Swirlypop

And to add to what Cindy is saying. I sent a birthday cookie card. Cute box not brown BUT it had $5.00 on the label with all the information! Who puts the price on a gift? I was very disappointed and haven’t used Cheryls since.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh darn. So sorry to hear that Cindy. Thanks for your feedback.

    • jmfromOh

This answered my question as to how the box looked like… I thought it would look much better. But still might get the cookies, not a bad deal for Thanksgiving.

    • debiannj

Maybe so. I sent the sampler to myself. I will take my Cricut and make gift cookie boxes and decorate them myself to give as gifts. For some reason I couldn’t get the free 6 cookies, but I’ve had the cookies before. I probably should have looked at the catalog my daughter has to see if there was a discount from that. I got a 20% of order for signing up, but was unable to use it. But that’s ok. I’m going to place another order from the catalog anyway because there was a cookie there I marked but I can’t remember what it was that I wanted to try.

      • Susan

I’ve been disappointed before in how the cookies are shipped, too. I would like to see them at least put some shredded paper or something in the box because there have been a couple of times that cookies have arrived broken or smashed. They have been good about sending out a replacement if I call but I would rather they ship fragile cookies in something a little more protective. The cookies do taste delicious, though!

  11. Sarah

    These cookies are delicious!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome! So glad to hear that Sarah!

  12. Sarah

Saw a local college kid I know from years ago working summer camp post the other day that her roommate always gets lots of mail, but she never receives any. Just shipped these to her to cheer her up. Thanks, Collin for all the great deals you post that enable me to bless others. 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So sweet of you – that will be such a nice surprise for her! 😀

  13. Becky

Has anyone used the groupon deal and had it work today?

  14. debiannj

The free 6 cookie link comes in as invalid.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn. I am still seeing that link work for me when I click on it. Are you by chance on a mobile device? Or are you able to use a different browser? Hope that helps!

  15. Lauren

I cannot resist a Cheryl’s sampler deal. So yummy!
