You are very welcome Paula!
SmartSource hates me. I can never get their coupons to print. It always says I don’t have updated Java, but I do. Any tips?
I have the same problem! I have not been able to print anything of off SmartSource with updated Java NOT one time!
I used to have the same problem. I have figured out a way to get around it, and maybe it will work for you too. I can only get it to work with Firefox. When I click print, I check the top of my screen, and it says that java is blocked, so I hit ‘allow now’ and it will continue to bring up screens wanting me to update Java, but I just hit ‘remind me later’ or ‘not now’ and finally it will allow me to hit ‘run’ and usually within 60 seconds it will print. I know it is a lot of hoops to jump through, but at least I can print those coupons I really want. Hope it will work for you too.
Yep, only Firefox will print Smartsource for me.
Darn. Sorry to hear that Kathy.
I’m with you. I tried last night & completely crashed the computer. 😨 I’m gonna see if I can ask the hubs for help when he comes home from work (just what he wants-LOL)
So true. It messes me computer all up!
I have to go thru the process at least twice. Re-installing and uninstalling, close out the window, reopen….eventually, it prints. I have to really want the coupon!
there is also a $2 Ferrero coupon, sweet!
I’ve always had the same problem on Mac with printing SmartSource. The only way I’ve found around it is to go to Safari – Preferences – Security – Plug In Settings and allow to run in Unsafe and allow always. Once it is done printing, I go back in and change it to run in Safe with allow. It’s a pain in the you know what, but it works to get the SmartSource coupons to print on Mac.
Bummer. Thanks for sharing your tip.
thanks! i love that these cpns are good til Jan 11th.
I was able to print with Firefox….who by default has disabled java. I go to the hamburger icon (3 stacked lines), click and select ‘add on manager’, select ‘always activate’ on java. then print. keep your add on mgr tab open so you remember to go back and change it back to to ‘never activate’
