So I’ve been on hold with Kohl’s Customer Service for at least half an hour. I first called to find out why the MATTEL10 code wasn’t working when I ordered $56. The first person I talked to couldn’t find a reason using all my SKU numbers, so he told me to place the order and call back to have it adjusted. So I placed the order, called back, and was on hold FOREVER. He finally comes back and says I can’t use MATTEL10 because the VETERANS10 and TURKEY30 took the price below $50. He ended up giving me the credit anyway, but said in the future that would not work. Has this happened to anyone else?
try a different barbie set. I tried it with the rock n royals doll set and vw bug set and it didn’t work. I switched the rock n royals set out for the fairytale set and it worked. For some reason I think the computer wasn’t recognizing the rock n royals set as being Barbie. I ended up paying $25 for the car set and the fairytale set

UPDATE: I cancelled the order. After being on hold for over 45 minutes he could not apply the $10 off. Frustrated I wasted over an hour between the two calls and placing the order online.
Same thing happened to me! Code didn’t work so I chatted with CS who told me to place the order and then they would apply the code. Then after I placed the order they said they wouldn’t do because you can’t use both codes. BS. I’m at work so I haven’t had a chance to call yet to see if someone else will do it. I’ll probably end up cancelling the order.
Typical kohls customer service!! Sadly I quit doing business with them along time ago because of the lies and confusion. The headache and frustration is not worth saving a buck or two. Sorry you had so much trouble.

There is usually a 15% COUPON on black friday and $15 kohl cash instead of $10
I remember last year I regretted not ordering more during this Veterans Day sale. IMO the prices and deals were better than Black Friday. And I think their website crashed last year? But I am jut buying basics not big gift items.

yes u should enter the 30%code in kohls app in your phone.it will genrate a bar code which is scanable.
30% is keyed in, percentages never have a barcode on the mailers, the app won’t scan at register.
If you have a card, the cashiers do have scratch off cards to get a %.
yes u r right.i now remember that i doesn’t generate bar code.but i did it a lot of times.i enter the coupon code iny app.and always use that in store.i just show them.the coupon in app.but u r right that it doesn’t have the bar code it just has the code.sorry for confusion.
If anyone is interested in Paw Patrol toys- specifically the Paw Patroller you can get a good deal on it even though its regular price. I got the Paw Patroller and an additional pup with his vehicle for $60 using TURKEY30, HONOR10 and scanning the $5 off in-store coupon into my Kohl’s wallet. Minus the $10 Kohl’s cash and the 6% back from Ebates I will pay about $45 total. I feel like this is a great price considering it’s a “Hot” toy this year and everyone sells just the Paw Patroller for $50.
