Kohls is excellent about exchanges an returns! True customer service!!
If you don’t recieve or use Kohls cash, its super easy. Kohl’s cash makes things a little more complicated. If you received Kohls cash from the order — and used the kohls cash already, they will deduct the amount from your return. If you haven’t used the Kohls cash, then it will just void it and you’ll get the full amount back.
I have wide calves. I pay attention to the height of the boot… Just one inch shorter makes a big difference. Also, about a two inch elastic band in the back, makes enough room for me. HTH
