They put a one day delay on the credits. So your $5 credit is “Pending” until the day after you signed up and then it will be available. Until then it will not show up in options.
However, none of the “free” codes are working anymore.

Wow, so first my order from yesterday is not showing under my order section and I never received an email confirmation. Now they held off our $5 credits so they could take away the promo but yet told others who called were topd that it was a glitch and to try again later. Guessing this is far from an honest company. Hours of my life I’ll never see agian. Lol

Ok, ya’ll–those who missed out on the free metal print like me– I was still able to score a freebie this a.m. Here’s what worked for me: change your order to an 8×10 photo print(on sale today for .99), in shipping options choose standard (3.95), at payment you should see the option to use your $5 credit(if you signed up through a friend referral, I used Colin’s yesterday). My total was 4.94, which my credit covered, so– free!

It will come. I saw a post on their Facebook that they are honoring all orders that went through but it’s gonna take them over 9 business days to process everything.
