I must say, I have been disappointed in the items I received from this site. I truly hate to complain, especially when I received them free. I got items that were stained and had a funky smell. I just ended up throwing them away.
I’ve ordered from them 6 or 7 times now through all the free money and coupons and they do and this has never been the case for me. The only problem is that sizing can be a bit misleading
Me too. 3 times. I wont even try again. Im really surprised at their seeming lack of quality control or that they would think these items are actually ok to sell.
My last order was chewed on like a dog. It was supposed to be in excellent condition.
They did credit my account. I ordered short for my boy. They were for a girl when they arrived. I hope others have better luck!!

When you placed your order did you zoom in on the picture and look at it closely? I was fairly happy with my orders (except one skirt had a rip in the under-shorts…okay for the I paid but I would have been upset if I’d paid list price for it) but I was able to see some small rips and stains on the photos for some items that I didn’t order.
I never had a problem with the clothes. I can easily tell which ones arent great quality. Ever item i ordered (besides 1) fit perfectly and was in great condition.
Even if you aren’t satisfied with what you got and especially if it’s free, consider donating them to a daycare or school. They could use them when a child has an accident, or if something happens. We all know kids get dirty! Also, some schools may be happy to send home with less fortunate students.
I agree you hate to complain but I have probably placed like 7 orders with them and almost every time they have forgotten to put an item in the bag or the size was wayyyyy off
I haven’t had any problems. I always go to refine results and select good condition and new. It will state if there are stains… I don’t know if they get every one but seems the try.

It said I got the $10 credit for creating a collection, but then after I signed in during the check out process, it was gone. The collection was still there, so I’m not sure what happened. I went ahead with my order since my daughter needs some “new” clothes anyway.
