7 panties for $27.50 is $3.93 each. If it show 8 for $3.43 each, that is correct. You won’t see the 8th panty as free.
And usually anything over the required number will show this price. So you can actually get 10 or however many you want.
Just so you guys know, I did this deal last week and bought 9 pairs of panties. I’ve bought from Victoria’s Secret for years. The underwear I received were so thin. They used to not be like this. I am taking them back. These will not last past a few washes. I ordered the bikini bottoms.
