I have that Tools of the Trade roaster & rack, purchased quite a few years ago lol. Great size, however, the non-stick coating flakes off 🙁
Now when I use the roaster pan (which is maybe once a year lol) I just line it with foil. $7.99 is a low price, but the quality is not too great. l got a few uses before the coating started coming off.
