It’s all the monster high dolls with the boo York emblem. At my store there were 3 different varieties.
I am glad a lot of Hipsters are able to take advantage of these deals, but I’ve personally been a little disappointed in these 50% of Cartwheel’s, I feel like they have been offering more for older kids. I been hoping to get something for my 5 year old, but they seem to have so many offers for these monster dolls 😔

I think the deals come from the manufacturer, so the manufacturer eats the price cut because they want to sell more of their product, so it seems like the monster high doll’s manufacturer is trying to push the sales not target.
I agree. I’m pretty sure another Monster High doll was the cartwheel earlier this month. I’ve only seen 1 or 2 baby toys. I keep hoping for a Shopkins one since no one has them on sale for Black Friday!

You can’t according to their policy but some stores still do it. Mine hasn’t. 🙁

Bummer! I really wanted to get one of these dolls for my daughter, & none of the Boo York dolls are available at my local Target.
Might want to check with your store. I looked on line and it showed my store did not carry any of the Boo York. I called and she said they had several. Made the trip and glad I did. Scored one for around $5 with cartwheel and Christmas wish list app coupon. I picked up a doll price at $12.99.
I should also mention, when I scanned the UPC codes it said no matching offers. I took two different dolls to the register, Operetta and Draculaura. Both rang up 12.99 and cartwheel came off both at the register. I did only purchase one, per the offer. HTH
