I just got my gift card and it doesn’t specify dates. I tried to use it and it wouldn’t take it. Does anyone know when we can use the certificate? I want to use it when I can get free shipping.
I tried using mine too… It kept saying it couldn’t find it… I tried it as a coupon code and it said please allow 24 hours for activation of any codes issued by CS or some nonsense…. It had better not be a coupon code otherwise it won’t stack; they only allow 1 at a time 🙁

I haven’t received mine yet either. I have called them twice. Yesterday, customer service said I would get it when my order ships, order shipped, but I haven’t received the e gift certificate. Called today, customer service said that there wasn’t an e gift certificate with my order. She said that she will have one to me at the end of the day. Nothing yet.
I just got an email back from them that it would arrive 1 week after I am billed …. so weird, to be continued I guess

I called about this – they said they were having troubles with a lot of the $10 cards so it could take up to a week to get it. I got mine today at about 11am – just tried to do an order and it looks like it is input as a coupon code – I wonder if originally they had it as a real gift card and didn’t like that people were stacking free shipping codes with that – they pulled back on sending out the rest of the $10 credits until they could figure out how to send them as coupon codes instead (so people couldn’t stack with free shipping codes). In the meanwhile, it’s saying I need to wait 24 hours before I can use it. I’m not really happy, even though I know they need to make their profits and all – I’m not looking forward to paying $6 in shipping for my order now… I think someone above said they signed up for the membership and plan to cancel it – that you get free shipping with that – but as far as I can tell they would deduce anything you’ve saved with free shipping from your membership fee before they refund you it – so I don’t think that really works. 🙁
