I purchased 2 Kindle Fires from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. I haven’t opened them yet. Does anyone know their return or do they do price adjustments?
Amazon is usually very good about returns and price adjustments. Call or live chat and see if they will refund the difference. 👍

i chatted with them–they will refund the difference if it was purchased within past 30 days.
I actually googled their policy because I bought a purse and 3 days later the price went down $6. You have 7 days from the time you bought the item to contact them for a price adjustment. Just go into your account and click under customer service. You can call or send them an email. They emailed me back the next day and I got my credit. 😀
last year i bought 4 kindles for my kids at the beginning of nov. on black friday i called and they price adjusted for me!!!

I have to say I am so impressed with Amazon customer service. I ordered a kids kindle two weeks ago for $99 and they refunded me the $15 price difference. I mentioned that I bought one for $49 in September and it is now $35. They said it was too long to do a price match so the offered me a $10 promo credit instead of me going through the hassle to return and re-buy. And the book deal is great!

I’m struggling with the book code. I have tried it on two different books that my son has been wishing for, both shipped and sold by Amazon, and it says the code cannot be applied. I read the full exclusions and terms and it doesn’t give any hints on why some books shipped and sold by Amazon are excluded. Do you have any ideas?
