Thanks, Colin! Thanks for all you do!!
Everyone, please read the last paragraph before posting!!!

    • Pam

      PLEASE READ PEOPLE!! Ugh.

      • Danielle

        MYOB!

        • Anna

No, I agree. People need to mind Colin’s business. She specifically posted on this deal that you may share your own links on your own pages. Yet people continue to post their own links. Of all days, today is a good day to respect her and give thanks by NOT doing so anyways. It’s respect, plain and simple.

          • Kristen

I’ve always wondered what about the people who send deals to her? What about their links? It’s her blog so of course she posts her link but if someone shares the deal I would think they deserve some credit too

            • Amy

She pays to run her site and brings us all awesome deals for free, please respect her wishes. Thank you Collin

            • Anna

Agreed, and that’s why she gives credit when applicable. However anyone sharing a deal with her knows it will be shared with the masses on her site. If they aren’t ok with that, they shouldn’t share. And they have the right to post the deal on their own pages, etc.

            Collin (Mrs. Hip) says:
            Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! πŸ˜€
I really appreciate all the concerns about referral links. Since Hip2Save is all about community (the site would not exist without all of you awesome readers!), I am fine with you posting your Schoola referral links in the comment section here. I hope everyone has a wonderful day with family and friends. I am so thankful for each and every one of you.
P.S. When referral links are left on unrelated posts, they are typically deleted by my team.

            • Anna

That’s good to know however, please realize that’s different that what’s been posted in the past. People have Collins back because she’s awesome that’s why they want to defend her. Glad she clarified.

            • Shanna

I get your point but if she does not mind, you point is actually mute.

              Have a Happy Turkey Day!

            • Shanna

              Anna,

That came out totally wrong. Your point is valid and I see what everyone is trying to say, my point is that if she does not care, no one else should. I did not mean to come off rude πŸ™‚

              Happy Turkey Day!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Pam!

  2. Kristen

    Can you stack promo codes?

    • Danielle

      I don’t think so!

  3. Kristen

Thank you. If you haven’t signed up please use my link! I’ve gotten a ton of clothes from here for the children I sponsor in a children’s home. Can’t wait to get them some more for Christmas!

    Total Credit! πŸ™‚
    $18.52
    Does not qualify for credit
    $20.00
    Total
    $0.00

does this mean my card is charged.why it says doesnt qualify credit evry time. Then why is total 0 if credit is not applied.

  5. Jenn

Got a shirt for me. I have not been impressed with the kids clothes I got from here, but I am willing to try a woman’s item for “free” with this gift card deal.

    • Annie

Did they showed 5 dollar gift card while checkout..??

  6. Melissa Simpson

Can’the get the 20 dollar credit to work when going through refer all link for some reason

  7. Emily

Per Collin’s request, please post your own personal referral links on your own social media pages (per the last paragraph in her post). Please keep the comments section spam/link free. She does a lot to get us great deals, the least we can do is respect her wishes for what we post on her blog that she works so hard on at no cost to us.

    • Karl

Well if Collin minds that we posted our links, she wouldn’t be approving out comments, so do you mind if we post in comments Collin??

      • Emily

That’s not true. She doesn’t have time to monitor every comment, that’s why she puts the note at the bottom of all her posts that contain referral links asking you use your own social media outlets. I’ve seen her directly address the reposting of personal links on other posts, and in order to keep dialogue in the comment section strictly about the service she asks people don’t start a huge chain of referal links. I’m only stating what I’ve seen her previously say so please respect that.

  8. Cindy

Has anyone received their $5 Target gift card yet?

    • Jessica

It won’t be mailed out till December 1st.

    • jenn

      It states after December 1.

  9. Heather

I have signed up but I can’t get any type of credit. It stated that I got a $10.00 credit but it is not applied when I am trying to check out. I have read everything in the post; I don’t understand what I am doing wrong!

    • Sarah

It would probably be best to contact them. I have had great experiences with their customer service before!

      • Kimberly

Hi I got the same error message and then looked at my cart and the brand new item with a tag was the item preventing the $20 credit from applying. I removed it and worked like a charm. I even emailed the support but figured it out. Hope this helps.

        • Jallice

It wouldn’t let me do it. It stated that a portion of the proceeds go to schools. However it did send me 25% off.

    • Ash

Please stop this spam chain of personal referral links, please use Collins link as she had asked. Why don’t people read the entire post? πŸ™

  10. Angela

This deal is better then free πŸ™‚ . i asked schoola on their FB page and they said there is no minimum purchase! I bought a shirt for 2.66 after the 5% off

  11. Alison

    Not the point.

  12. Adler

Wow, some of you are being horrible, how many more people are going to come on here on thanksgiving and disrespect Collin? Nice how some of you make assumptions and try to justify your own reasons that it’s ok for you to do exactly the opposite of what she requested. I’m so close to being done with the comment sections on all these posts on the blog. While there are amazing fun people, there have been some downright rude and terribly disrespectful people here lately and it sucks. Thanks Collin for what you do. I appreciate it. Happy thanksgiving!

  13. Sarah

    True πŸ™‚

  14. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    • Kala

Thank you for clarifying Collin. That is good to know, as that is different information than whats been on posts in the past. Happy Thanksgiving!

  15. jenn

Normally she notes to post your own links. This time she said something different. Dont assume anything on her intention, just be respectful because she deserves it.

  16. Kristen

Exactly. Some people have nothing better to do than get on here and complain about what others are doing

    • Cassandra

Yes! So glad to see Collin finally address it so that we can stop seeing arguments about it. ☺️ p.s. Thanks for the deal Collin! I got a $7 shirt plus the gift card!

      • Kristen

It won’t stop lol just wait until next time!! Lol glad you got a good bargain! I can’t decide what to buy

  17. Crystal Ortiz

i am confused what i am doing wrong, i go to sign up and i do not get the $20 credit ? anyone else have this issue

    • Kris

You should see it when you go to your cart.

  18. debby

    Thanks much!

  19. Aliza

Anyone else having issues checking out? Site keeps freezing after I hit ‘place order’

  20. Aliza

Figured out what was wrong before. Deal idea: there are items at 2.80. Get that and use code from post and viola should be a moneymaker πŸ˜„
