Any one cook rice in this before? How many cups uncooked/cooked?
You can cook up to 3.5 quarts of rice in it. The instructions specify amount of water, I haven’t made rice personally yet
I make rice in this several times a week and it always turns out great!

Ok, this may be a crazy question , so forgive my ignorance but can you can in this? I have a glass top stove so I can’t do any canning but want to. I haven’t bought this yet because I wasn’t sure.
It’s not safe to can low acid food in these because the pressure doesn’t stay consistent in the processing time.
I was thinking of getting a Power Pressure Cooker XL after seeing one from a friend. Is this better or as good as the Power Pressure cooker?
This one has a stainless steel cooking pot instead of nonstick, for me that was better because I really dislike nonstick!
