  Kids used them to sit & read in my daughters 3 yo preschool class. My 2.5 year old nephew has one & my brother said it was a total waste of money for them- he never uses it :/

    I chatted with Amazon about the seahorse. There is certain toys that must be added. But even once he added it, the price didn’t change. He said he will be forwarding it to the promotions dept and the charge will be refunded. So it may be worth chatting with them about it, if you can’t get it to work. 😊
