The bonus points are not showing up for me, and I am logged in.

    • K

When I was looking on my phone they didn’t but when I went on a computer they did.

  2. Jessica

Mine is showing $898.00 after all discounts.

  3. Jamie

Anyone know if there are any point back deals on ovens?

  4. Jen

shopathome.com is giving back 10%!! I am soooo tempted. I have a set of GE front load washer/dryer, and hate them. I have been wanting to replace for awhile, but swore I would not get front load again. Was gonna go back old school….Am I the only one with this experience? I cannot make up my mind.

    • Selina

I feel the same way Jen! I replaced a perfectly good old school set when we moved into our house and I hate them. This deal seems amazing but i am worried I’ll have the same issues I have with my Samsung set.

    • Jenn

I am in need of a set by next week, sold ours last year when we moved out of state but we are back and have no washer and dryer when we move into our house next week….I am concerned about front loaders. I think I have heard a lot of people say they don’t like them but I’m not really sure why….anyone have specific complaints? I may stick to old school style.

      • Jen

A lot of issues with gunk and mold around the inside of the rubber rim of the washer. Because of the design, it is really hard to clean. Always has an odor. Also, I can’t ever get it level so it is really loud and bounces all over the place. I am always having to repair something…I have a dog that sheds a lot and I have to constantly take apart my dryer and clean it out. They don’t make it easy to take apart either. Never had these issues with my old school top loaders.
I also like to soak my clothes or dye my kids faded school pants and I cannot do that in my front loader.

    • Ariana

I am so with you. I have a Samsung front loader and hate it! I am waiting for a good deal to replace it with a top loader.

    • sandra

I got a whirlpool front loader 2 ms ago and works great so far, but it’s only been 2 ms Clothes come out cleaner than from my old school washer. My mom has a samsung front loader andshe hates it, also seems to have a lot of mechanical issues…

    • Cathy

Interesting to read the comments. When we sold our house 2 years ago, we left our washer and dryer. I wanted a front loader so bad. We moved into a rental house while building and it had a front loader. Hated it. Purchased a top loading one without an agitator. I’m short so I struggle at times getting everything out but no issues or smells.

  5. Yolanda

Just curious, what is the problem with front load washer /dryer? Thank you

    • Ashleigh

      They mold easily

      • M

Yes, they do. They can smell moldy and also leak. I bought front load and went right back to top loading within two months.

    • Angi

      Yes! Huge mold problems!

  6. laura

I purchased these last year and love then. No issues to date.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh awesome! Thanks for your feedback Laura!

I think it depends somewhat on where you live. I’m in Colorado, which is very dry — and I love my front loader. No mold problems here, but I always leave the door to the washer open after I am done with a load. My SIL in Texas has had mold problems with hers, but it’s very humid where she lives. Also, you’d probably have to be okay with leaving the door to your washer open all the time when you’re not using it. It doesn’t bother me.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks for sharing Cindi!

    • Rachel

I was told to not use fabric softener with front loaders. supposedly that’s what causes the mold and mildew smell.

  8. Liz

The mold issue is awful 🙁 anyone have any tricks to get rid of it?

    • Barb

I have front load and have never had a mold problem in the 6 years I’ve had them. I do a washer clean every few months with bleach and NEVER close the washer door when its not in use. That is the key, never close the washer door and you should never get a mold problem. HTH. For this price, I don’t know how anyone could NOT be tempted to get them, that is an amazing price. 🙂

      • Angi

I am glad it works for you. I leave mine open all the time and run a bleach only cleaning cycle weekly and I would be embarrassed for anyone to see my washer. It is so gross! I am hoping H2S posts a top loading deal soon; I will be the first to buy!

    • Beth

I clean my washer with baking soda on a rag and then run bleach. I do this every couple of months

  9. Ketsy

    ARe these stackable?

  10. Jess

Once you get to the last section of check out it tells you that it is the $100 off OR the bonus $200 SYW points. I verified it with customer service and that is the offer, you get the choice of offer, not both

    • Heather

yep im thinking the same thing. I didnt get the bonus points in my account. Calling to cancel now.

  11. Christina

I am in Texas where it is humid and my washer is in an outside utility room. We learned quickly to leave the door open. We have been using this washer for 15 years. I love being able to wash large bulky items like comforters.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh cool! Thanks for your review Christina!

  12. Sarah

This was extremely misleading – even though I chose the -$100, it was still showing I was getting the 200K points all the way through checkout -but they have not shown up in my acct either.

    • Heather

I called customer service. It is misleading. She says parts of the screen are estimates and it doesn’t correlate to what you are doing on payment pages. You get one offer or the other, not both.

      • Sarah

Thanks for the update Heather! That’s such a bummer. Just bought a house so these are still a really great deal for something we need.

  13. Gina

We have front load washers…our old house LG and loved them…new house whirlpool and hate ’em. I am convinced the previous owners never left the washer door ajar to dry out. We scrubbed with bleach and did a bunch of cleaning cycles to remove most of the mold. We live in a humid climate also, but everyone (including this house) runs a dehumidifier in their basements. One thing I have always done is use POWDER HE detergent. Something about the powder being a bit more abrasive I think keeps the washer from getting gunked up. My two cents. I love front load washers. If we didn’t get the mold issue under control I would def be buying!

  14. Ashleigh

I think I waited too long, it’s not doing the 799 once in cart anymore 🙁

  15. Hailey

My mom has a kenmore washer and dryer and hates it. She says she is never buying another one again. It has broken down a dozen times in the last 8 years. I would spend a little more and get a nicer brand.

  16. Coles warren

I have had this washer for almost 2 yrs. it works well for me. No problems with mold. I leave the door open most of the time and rarely clean it out. I have a lab and usually wipe it out after I wash something of hers. I really want the matching dryer!!! I have been using front loaders for 12+ yrs. and considered going back to top load with my last purchase but couldn’t find a good reason to do it.
