Hi Julie! Raise is like marketplace where people sell gift cards they don’t need to others who want to get discounted gift cards. They give 100 days guarantee (or money back) that money are on it. So it’s not as scary as getting gift cards from ebay.
Here’s how to save $15 on first gift card purchase:
1) Use this link https://geta.raise.com/agelashvi to create new account and get $5 reward (and I would really appreciate that cause this is my refferal link)
2) Choose the gift card you want (some of them have really nice discounts off value) and add it to your shopping cart
3) Under “order summary” you’ll see “use promo code”, type SAVE10 there. It saves $10 off $15+

It said 24 hrs, but I got mine right away. Just make sure to type in the gift card, and don’t copy/paste. Also, the other good thing is they ship free for those that do order physical cards.

2) Select the gift card you want. If you don’t see specific one you want – set the allert, they will notify you. Gift cards are coming and going pretty quick

Your $5 reward should be taken off in your order summary automatically. If not go to “my account/available funds/rewards” section and do “redeem”.
All these $15 off procedure will only work for new customer (meaning you don’t have account with raise yet). It’s one account per person per phone number. And they check it by sending you code on your phone. So if you have someone else in your house with different phone number, you still can create another account and save $15. I’ve read their rules, there were no limitations about how many account per household.
