Any thoughts on this company, service, or phone recommendations?

I have a referral link as well, which can get you (and me) a $25 credit: https://refer.cricketwireless.com/6qbxua6. We love Cricket! We switched a few months ago and have no complaints at all. No contract and the price of your plan is exactly what you pay–no hidden or additional fees. We have 2 lines, unlimited talk and text, and 2.5 GB data per line (that is plenty for us), and pay exactly $70/month. (You get $10 off/plan for each additional line.) I researched a lot of plans and this is the best value! Highly recommend!

Ive had a moto G. The windows phone is just like a laptop on your phone i hated it and theres no google app store not tech savy did not realize this. I returned it same day for a htc. I switched from Sprint to them for about 2 years now no complaints good value.

I started doing the unlocked phone/prepaid thing about 3 years ago and I love it! Initially had T Mobile prepaid plan but it was the worst- both customer service and reception. Because my phone is unlocked I just shopped around til I found a better carrier and switched to Cricket. I got a $100 credit for switching from T Mobile, I can’t say enough good things about them!

Love my new phone I got the LG style of a bigger phone and I ended up paying $50 out of pocket and also I had to get accessories but I get $150 back. So happy I switched. Better reception πŸ˜€

Just a heads up. The $100 Cricket shopping card offer excludes AT&T customers. This is perfect timing on the phone rebates. My family and I were planning on switching over to Cricket this month.

Cricket Shopping Card Offer: Ends 12/06/15. Must submit rebate form by 1/4/16. New lines only. Excludes ports from AT&T.

I would NEVER support this company! My cousin worked for them as one of their salespeople & was consistantly a top seller at her store for 10 years. Then she got pregnant & she worked right up to delivery. She took off only her allowed 3 or 6 weeks (whatever it was) & they completely screwed her over. They didn’t flat out fire her because that would’ve been a lawsuit waiting ti happen, but they refused to let her come back at her same hours (only offered part time vs the full time she was working), majorly cut her salary & in all basically had her on the same payscale & situation as if she was a new employee. She had no choice but to find a different job because she’s a single mom & couldn’t support herself & child with what they were trying to do. Absolutely awful to their employees!

Darn. So sorry to hear about that. πŸ™

What towers do they use? Only Verizon and tmobile work where I live.

Absolutely love Cricket Wireless! We’ve had our phones/plans almost a year. I pay $100/mo total for 5 smartphones on their basic plan which includes 2.5 GB. We also did the free smartphones after rebate and had no trouble getting the rebates in the form of a prepaid Visa card. Switching to Cricket was a huge monthly savings for us! We previously had Verizon. Highly recommended!

I switched from AT&T . $100 total for 5smartphones- We saved so much money. The reception is the same too. GREAT DEAL. By the way I think Cricket stores are independently owned.
