If you bring your receipt to customer service, they will give you the 5% in cash. Show then your Red Card to prove you have one.
I had that problem too but I figured a way out! I went to my target app, go to the very right tap (should be your name) and then go to my payment or payment type (something along that line) you would be able to select your new card! (I had 10 of my new cards entered haha cause I had to do that over and over) that did the trick for me, hope it will work for you too
Count me in the group also! I had to call customer service and change the 4 digits passcode I’ve had for years.. Now every time I pay in store, I always put in the wrong/old passcode. Ugh!
I called in when I was having the same trouble – they said that their system is having issues with that if you’re using a mobile device. If you can do it from a laptop or pc you shouldn’t have any problem.

They’re on a small backorder, but these are my favorites, so no big deal waiting a bit. 2% back through Ebates, too. Whew!

Venus & Olay razor refill 6ct is on sale, plus there is a $6 coupon. Add that with the 10% (SHINE), 25% (BEAUTY) and 5% Red Card discount and the totla is $13.80. That’s $2.30/refill. Not too bad – especially since I haven’t found an awesome deal lately.

I had two perfumes in my cart that were buy 1 get 1 50% off and I added the code Beauty and it took off the 25% and after I put in my credit card and went to hit complete order the total went up. It didn’t take off the 25%. Anyone else experiencing this?

No. I cannot get it to work online and nobody in customer service would help me.
It wouldn’t work for me either. I called and held for 20 minutes but then the agent had me go ahead and submit order, then she refunded the difference from shine and beauty promos. I immediately received an email from Target with confirmation of refund.
They told me to go ahead and submit my order and then went and told me no they couldn’t apply beauty. Ugh!
How did you get them to honor the beauty promo code?
The $5 off $50 did not work for me but I still got a bunch of L’Oreal hair care products for myself and the very specific deodorant that my guy and son love. Neither of these brands go on sale often & can be difficult to get a good discount on them so thank you so much for posting this deal!

I made a large purchase of beauty items in store, and found that my “25% off” total was much lower than expected. I figured out that they took the 25% off AFTER the manufacturer coupons and my Target $10 off $100 purchase coupon were deducted. Also, they did not take 25% off any items that were part of a gift card deal since they are categorized as a “special promotion” on the receipt. Still got good deals, but ended up costing about $20 more than expected.

So, I just got off the phone with customer service and they told me that all of the perfumes are excluded from the BEAUTY promo code. Why did it work for people this morning?? So frustrated with Target these past few weeks!!
They have also updated the website. When I added the perfume to my cart it said to use the shine code in red writing by the product and now Target has removed that red writing about using the code next to the products.
I had items in my cart this morning and it allowed both codes. Unfortunately, I am just now trying to check out and the discount is minimal. It specifically states “fragrances” are 25% off in the in-ad coupon. Was super excited to get great deals on cologne for my hubby and now just annoyed that Target is not allowing a discount that is stated in their ad.

Gift cards? They get sent up to 4 hours after the order is shipped or picked up at the store. Not usually immediately.
