   I ordered the $5.99 earbuds & got the $5.99 shipping credit! I just used my last pantry credit to ship my daughter some things at college so I definitely can use more. Plus this was on her Xmas list so bonus!

  Once your item ships, they issue you a credit for Prime Pantry for $5.99. Prime Pantry has a charge for delivery fee of $5.99 but sometimes runs a promo for free shipping if you buy certain items. Right now they are giving you a credit which if they have items you want, you can get a god deal. Although I would do a search first. I have noticed some items on Prime Pantry are more than just through regular prime. But after you add items to your cart, and your other item has shipped, you should see the $5.99 credit. Hope that makes sense

   question about prime shipping delays:
   When you click free one day shipping and its supposed to arrive by 9pm, but it doesn’t arrive until the next day…You can request an extension of your prime membership one month, right? I feel like when this happens I basically have to beg them…anyone else having issues with shipping or getting extensions of benefits? My sister ordered a dvd with 2 day prime and its going to be more than a week. We got hers extended- first they offered a undisclosed promo code, then she had to ask to extend prime a month…had to wait on chat for 10-15 mins for the person to get approval. I know its their busiest time of year, but does it state anywhere on their website about failure to deliver on time/benefits extension?

  I’ve heard this as well, but for me personally, whenever I haven’t received something by their *guaranteed* date, they’ve given me a full refund of the product….! I hop on the chat and let them know, and if they respond by just apologizing (which has only happened once), I reiterate that the guarantee was not honored, and what do you guys do in this situation? Many of the times they take a while to answer back and then just come back, with “I have processed a refund for your order….” The most expensive refund they’ve given back to me for a product has been $38, and was a present for my niece’s birthday so free for me! I love Amazon.
