The instant ink is awesome,if you print alot a month it is cheap coz you will just pay 4.99 i think for 100 pages you print a month and 2.99 if you want the 50 pages and before you run out of ink they will send to you your new ink toner and btw those pages will roll over the next month if you didn’t use all the pages that you enrolled. I hope this is not confusing 😊😊

We have this printer and I would say the best feature is the HP Instant ink subscription. We pay $3.99/ month to print up to 50 pages. And when the ink is starting run low in the printer they ship new cartridges to your door! Also the amount of pages you don’t use within a month roll-over to the next month! They have different subscription amounts so you can choose the plan that works best for you.
Definitely comes in handy when printing all those on-line coupons! 😉
Do you happen to know if it’s easy to switch monthly plans? This comes with a free month, so I’m trying to figure out if I should add the $9.99 plan and then switch to the $2.99.

Printers always come with starter ink. If you’re connecting via USB cable, that’s not included anymore.

I have this printer. I love it. I never signed up for the monthly plan as I bought some of the cards for the monthly plan. I have had the printer for almost a year and have never had to put new ink in it yet. I suggest just buying a few cards, then when its time for a new cartridge you can use that card and not pay a monthly fee or roll any pages over.

this printer is not listed in coupon.com as their supported, how do I know if I can use this to print coupons from phone? I have a Cannon wireless printer, but it can’t print coupons from phone. Any Ideas?

Usually if you can hook up to your printer wireless than you can print from any device. I have an hp and have never had a problem printing from samsung, iphone, ipad, or laptop.

I have this printer and the HP monthly ink plan. I have had it over a year, and they have sent me one black and one color cartridge. But they are like an xl cartridge…has a lot more ink and last a long time. We print alot, and also photos. Prints best on glossy photo paper, not matte. Can scan and email from it….I have no complaints.
I have a HP 5530 all in one Wireless, six weeks ago I was printing documents from my email, it printed the eight pages, but it wouldn’t stop printing. After 16 pages I just had to shut it down. After that I couldn’t get it to print. It said the ink was low, but I had just replaced the ink. It said the paper was jammed, I removed the bar inside at the back, no paper was jammed. It said shut it down, disconnect the electrical cable…I did, re connected. No luck. It said shut down the modem and disconnect it…I did no luck. I did get it to test print but nothing after that. Can’t even copy, it goes through all the bells and whistles but no printing. Do you have any more suggesting?
