   I’m not getting the free shipping offer when using Visa Checkout. Anyone have any tips or tricks? TIA!

  Don’t use the code for 40%. Remove it. When you use Visa Checkout, it gives you 40% and free shipping. And you have to pick the free shipping. The default is the first option (I forget what it is but its regular shipping), the second option is free shipping – 2 days and then there is a third paid shipping. The options come up when you press order with visa checkout and then it sends you back to lands end.

  Click the RED banner at the top of the main page that says click here for Free Shipping (it flashes between that and the $19 sweater promo code)! It worked!!! And then you click the FREE 2 DAY!

  When you get to the shipping options be sure the Free Shipping option is selected. Hope that helps!

  Oh bummer… maybe try in a different server? I am still able to get free shipping when I sign into my VISAcheckout account. Note though, you may need to actually click the “free shipping” bubble after signing in as it may get stuck on the “$8 shipping” bubble.

   I was having the same problem with the Visa Checkout so I called 800.963.4816. The lady was very nice and did say they’ve been having problems with the shipping on Visa Checkout so she had me go ahead and place the order then took the order number and adjusted the total giving me the correct dollar amount. Hope that helps others and Thanks Collin! My son will be very happy to get some warm socks! 🙂

   I’ve tried several browsers, different things (remove code, then sign in to visa check out, use code first then sign in to vias, etc.) and still the only time I get free shipping is when I remove the code and only use visa checkout…..super bummed……any ideas?

  Susan, I was having trouble until I saw that there is a red banner near the top underneath the product headings (women, men, kids, etc.) that changes. One of the messages you will see in that red banner says, “CLICK HERE TO GET FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING + TODAY’S OFFER WHEN YOU USE VISA CHECKOUT*”. If you click that & then place your order, everything works! I hope that helps. 🙂

  I needed to login to visa ckout first, then go back and click banner above on landsend. Shipping came off

   It wasn’t offering me free shipping the first time either. I went back to the main page, clicked the “free shipping” link the in the banner flashing across the top, then went to my cart. I had to manually select free shipping (it’s the middle option, tricky/not obvious).
