Thank you Kristen for being so kind. I got an email code directly and after an hour wait on the phone I got my order adjusted. Be careful when using codes, someone else might be using same time and your order gets full amount charge and you can’t cancel it on-line and you either wait for Chat or Phone that takes like 1 hour and they say you can’t cancel due to it being printed. Not like shuttefly, they give you a warning if you can’t use a code and they give you 30 minutes before you can cancel on-line. At the end it was worth the effort for my sister to get the ornaments but … wow, where did 2 hours go!

It looked like one of the 50 codes went through and then my confirmation charged me the 50 and the tiny prints orders are hell to try to cancel. Either chat or phone which took forever… and they said I couldn’t cancel it went to printing.
