I tried ordering items last week and they said out of stock at my local store. Went in the next day and found everything in stock that i needed. If you can, go into the store.

I found the ones that show up on the page as getting the points, but they don’t show up in the cart. Anyone have that problem?

If you want to check how many SYW points you’ll earn from a certain item, open the item page then click on “Eligible for Shop Your Way Points” under the price on the right (that’s if you’re on a computer web browser, not sure on mobile). For example, for the 1st set posted above ($14.99) it says you’ll earn 150 base points and 14840 bonus points for a total of 14990 points which is equivalent to $14.99. Also, the bonus points may be awarded at a later time so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away. HTH!

Hello,can I pay with points and get points buck or I have to pay out of pocket to get the reward?
looks like you only earn points for what you pay out of pocket. In cases like these, I usually only use the surprise points to make my out of pocket cost less and consider it an upfront reimbursement for part of my order, and I do not use my own rewards points that I’ve earned through purchases. Initially, when I checked out, it showed how much points total I had for use and that I would get the total cost of the outfits back (3 outfits at 14.99 each), but when I applied all my points, it reduced the amount I would get back, so I went back and only redeemed my surprise point, keeping the rest of my points in tack. For those wondering if the points show up right away, they do not. For this and the flashlight and pj promo, there is a wait time of a few weeks before the credit shows up. I made a purchase for pjs Dec 6 and was told they will not show up until after Dec 20

actually, NO! While I was entering payment information, I was getting a message that I will get $14.99 back in points. But after I completed my order, I only earned the difference between points ($2.06 earned)… So, do not use any points! I only paid $2.12 shipped to a different state, so I can’t complain.

I was able to order one set for my grandson. Had almost $13 in surprise points and free shipping with the MAX trial. In addition, I earned $14.99 in back points too! KMart and Sears keep surprising me a big time this year!! thanks for posting!
I went ahead and tried this but it might be my last effort with Kmart. The past 2 orders I’ve done online (both where the majority of the payment was made using points) have been canceled. I just don’t think my store has any idea what they’re doing.

Half my order was canceled which sucks because I used points and was suppose to receive 44$ now I don’t think I can because my total was only 14$ instead of the 28$ (I had surprise point that said if I spend 20 I get 20) striking out today!
