   We’ve had this steam mop for three years, and I love it! It does really well with just steam, but I’ll use cleaner or a little vinegar if I need a little more cleaning power. Hoover also has great customer service. My husband knocked the mop over and damaged the reservoir that holds cleaning solution. Hoover sent me a new mop at no charge!

  I use mine on my wood floors not everyday because my woods are not sealed but it is safe to use.

   Maybe I got a bad mop cause mine seems to leave a bunch of residue & water on our floor. I have Purgo so that may be why. Makes a great dancing partner when I add a few glasses of wine though! lol
