   How thick is the canvas? Does thickness vary as the size increases? I bought a canvas from Walgreens but I don’t like how thick it is. Thanks!

    I tried 5x between talking through chat and calling but I couldn’t get helped. I was really excited to try this company because the reviews are so wonderful! My problem was I could not get my picture centered using the editing tool on the website. So I didn’t want to send through an order that I knew wasn’t going to look right. The online associate said that the technician “should be able to center it if a special note was included with the order”. My problem was that the whole picture was not included- the edited portion that goes in the order wouldn’t help.

  Are you wrapping the picture around the sides? Thats the “recommended ” option, but that didn’t look right, so I opted for black sides.

    UPDATE
    I placed two separate orders over the past few weeks after seeing the deals posted on H2S. I just received the first one ( which I commented in length about the amazing customer service I received to make sure that they had the best quality picture, to give me the best quality print)
    I placed a second order, before receiving my first one, solely based on the customer service, and knowing if it didn’t turn out, that I could most likely get a refund.
    Well,
    I just received the first canvas order, and it’s BEAUTIFUL! A litter smaller than I had pictured in my mind when selecting the size, but I am very happy with my order, and this company, and I can’t WAIT to see how well the next one turns out! I believe the second was a bigger size so I should be in good shape. Thanks SIMPLE CANVAS PRINTS! You’ve found a repeat customer for sure!
