Any chance you are using your phone? I have heard that sometimes you can’t stack certain codes using your phone. Hope this helps.
Maybe the order in which you apply the codes matters. I did the toys one first then the presents 30 then free Shipping code for cardholders and worked for me.

To those of you who are having trouble stacking codes, are you by chance on a mobile device? That seems to often create issues on Kohl’s. If you can, you may want to try on a computer.
I tried on my phone and iPad and it wouldn’t work.
My wallet on Kohls app already had code COCOA loaded for 30%, and it worked with Toys20

I think a lot of the shipping problems this year are due to the carriers and not the retailers. I’ve ordered 90% of my gifts online this year, and they are all arriving much later than they normally do.
I agree. I have never had any problems with Kohls until this holiday season. I had an order get returned to the shipper but it marked it as “delivered”. 3 weeks later and still no refund despite numerous calls to Kohls.
In 2013 I spent like $300 on Kohls Black Friday sale. Several of my items didn’t arrive. Then some barely made it by Christmas! And the worst of all….even after numerous calls they didn’t charge me for these purchases until February! It was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had!
I too agree it is the carriers, specifically when UPS and Fedex use their programs that hand it off to the local mail office for final handout/delivery. About 90% of my deliveries have been done this way and they’ve all taken forever to get here.
I just ordered items on Monday and they arrived today!

I think they usually show the price before the discount codes.
I think if you want to ship it as a gift there is a gift selection. Im not certain if that supresses the prices on the packing slip or not though.
I was going to order the Elmo for my daughter, but a bunch of Amazon reviews said the batteries get hot enough to burn….no thanks!
I got it last year for my daughter — didn’t have any issues with the batteries, but after about an hour, all it would say is, “That’s too tight!” Quite disappointing for a $30 toy!

Yep, same problem here. I tried multiple times with different items too. No matter what I do, I can’t get that TOYS20 code to work. 🙁
TOYS20 wouldn’t work on the Frozen Art Set (pictured in this post). Still a good deal using the other two codes.
It didn’t work for the step2 shopping cart either so I emailed them while the sale was going on and they’re going to honor the 20%. I ordered the item this morning and its actually cheaper today. Woohoo!

I’ve noticed many of my Kohl’s purchases took longer and were scattered out in different shipments. They came from different parts of the country so that in itself took longer, but since I hear more & more of us are doing our shopping online that probably causes an inventory problem in many warehouses which in turn takes longer to ship and us to receive.

Got both codes toys20 n presents30 to work on my mobile phone. Entered toys20 first. Kohls is shipping very slow this year. Fedex says they r getting double the deliveries from last years seasonal shopping. Orders that r sent to post office take another day or so to receive. Kmart toysrus n walmart r shipping fairly quickly.

Compare prices on Amazon or Target. Kohls toy prices are much higher on the items I’m looking for, even after the stacked promos.
Yes, I do agree with you, the particular toys/games I was looking at were priced too high for me compared to lower prices/no discounts needed at Walmart or target.

Kohls always has inflated prices. With that said, there are still great deals to be had once you factor in % off, $10 off coupons, kohls cash and yes2you rewards.
I got a little tikes bowling set for my nieces birthday. It is on sale for $16 and then the toys20 combines with the kohls cardholder 30% plus free shipping. My boys have a set and I paid way more last year. They enjoy it.

Kohls canceled my elmo order because they sold out after taking my order. I think I’m done shopping at Kohls. What scumbags. They won’t even let me buy the Elmo for the same price when it is in stock.
