Thank you! Been holding onto the $13 Netflix settlement you posted about awhile ago. I never shop at Walmart. (no incentives like Target!) plus in store pickup isn’t worth having to even go to Walmart and stand in line forever. I Got a couple small things to add to my Boyfriend’s stocking!

Be warned. Last year none of my items arrived before christmas despite their guarantee. Called what seemed like millions of customer service numbers to try to resolve. All I got was a sorry and $10 off a future purchase. Don’t bank on them for major items.
I just went to check out and it told me delivery dates of either the 28th or 30th with the free shipping options. How is that guaranteed delivery by Christmas? Sounds like a last-minute cash grab by Wal-Mart if they’re going to make that promise but not deliver on out and makes me not even want to buy from them now.
Maybe it’s where you live. I ordered something large Sunday night from Walmart and it arrived Tuesday morning. Then I ordered more items on Wednesday and it is set to arrive today.
I guess this isnt for everything since i tried to order breast pump tubing and it wouldnt arrive till december 31st 😞

Just a head’s up to check to see if items are wrapped in brown boxes or straight packaging. I have had several items in original packaging arrive in years past from Walmart in manufacturer’s packaging and be outside our door. Has spoiled Christmas surprises several times. May be worth having delivered to a friend’s address.
That happened to me last year too. I got my daughter the Barbie dream house and right on the box was the picture of it.

Not sure what kind of Crap Walmart is pulling on this free delivery but.. I was online yesterday to order a Stephen Curry fathead jr for my grandson and it was $28.80 today it is $41.99 with $28.33 for shipping. NOT!!! I think they knew someone was wanting this item and jacked it up over what the original price was yesterday. Never have had good luck with Walmarts. Guess my grandson isn’t getting that item for Christmas.

It may or may not be. but I am seeing 3 different prices on the same item with walmart. I called customer service and was on hold 19 minutes and got a foreign man that all he could say was uhh uhhh uhhh. Told me to pay for the item and then call them back and they would adjust it. I don’t trust that one bit. I am not taking the chance. They even say when you call they are really swamped and if you are not going to get your item they will notify you. May be same issue as Kohls was having with computers not updating and compatable??? Not taking any chances. It will all work out. I will find something else. Merry Christmas.

I don’t think it is guaranteed by Christmas, that isn’t stated anywhere on the website that I can see. It just says free shipping, no minimum.
Chose the next step up in shipping from the options at checkout. I ordered last night, and it said my items would be coming by next tuesday. Its still free too…
Certain items while say Christmas Delivery. I guess it depends what you are buying. HTH!

I am sorry but I have little to no faith in walmart shipping. I have put in several orders and stuff either came very beat up or did not arrive at all I am still waiting on items I ordered on Dec. 3rd!

I have trust issues with Walmart.com. I’ve been burned several times, even with site to store. The most recent, I purchased two tv mounts on November 10th and selected site to store because I wasn’t in a huge rush. It said that it would be in store by Nov. 24th. I got an email on Nov. 24th saying that shipping had been delayed and they would email me when my order made to the store. I did not get an arrival email until Dec. 10th, over two weeks later! I waited a whole month for my order to come in. Ridiculous!
Teo years ago I ordered several items from Walmart black friday…pretty much every one came in the original box showing what was in it. Thank God I got them before the kids. This year one item in “frustration free” packaging from Amazon came showing what it was and unfortunately my kids have been the ones grabbing all.the packages as they come in, luckily it was a gift for 2 month old so at least didn’t spoil it for her but part of it is the surprise for the older kids thinking “Santa” so I was a little dissapointed.
I placed an order on December 16th for the guaranteed Christmas delivery for the ONLY gift I got my dad because it was very expensive and I just find out 2 days before Christmas that its not due till 3 days after :'( so angry. What will Walmart do for me now????
Guaranteed shipping my butt! Missed 2 out of 3 items that were Guaranteed before Christmas. Last year I ordered 23 items from amazon between Dec 22 and 23 and they were all on my doorstep Dec 24. Wal mart will bit do anything to correct the issue either.
I ordered a TV for my kids on December 22nd, free shipping included. With an upgrade to expedited shipping, Wal-Mart “guaranteed Christmas delivery.” I haven’t received the item as of yet. I’ve been on the phone with customer service twice so far and they say they can find no terms and conditions regarding guaranteed Christmas delivery. I am POSITIVE that’s what was advertised on the website, otherwise I would not have paid for expedited shipping. Does anyone have a screenshot of the offer? I’m really disappointed by this odd situation.
