Agreed! I placed an order on the 2nd and it finally shipped on Friday. Arrived at the the post office 2 minutes from my house on Monday morning and has been sitting there since. So frustrating.

Sign up for their emails and you’ll start getting numerous codes and sales alerts. I’ve also had good luck with putting something in my cart, leaving, and then have them send me a code later because I’ve “left purchases behind”. I rarely shop the men’s items but AE is the only place I can buy jeans because they sell extra long inseams online, and I’ve always been able to get things for about 50% (or more if they run some good clearance sales)

No sure about the app but in the back of the store they have 1 or 2 clearance racks. My hubby wears AE hoodies. I liked the brand when I was a teenager, the quality is great, better than Hollister. But I would never pay full price. Online sometimes has good sales, clearance, and promo codes. Collin sometimes posts the online deals. 🙂

Hey, if you have a safeway there’s a $10 off mobile coupon when you buy a $50 gift card to american eagle. So you’d get a $50 gift card and only pay $40. Check some of your other local grocery stores that have mobile coupons, they may be offering something similar.

Here’s the thing with Old Navy right now – if you ordered before this week shipping times were extra long because of the holiday ordering and shipping traffic. Now they are having shorter, guaranteed shipping. I ordered stuff 2 full weeks ago and have received part, but not all of my order. I ordered stuff on Sunday December 13 and have already received my full order. Its ridiculous, but the current guaranteed shipping is all about making more money, which is what stores want to do.
Just an FYI if you are wanting something before Christmas. I ordered something on November 29th from them and have yet to receive it. I called the other day and they blamed it on FedEx and wouldn’t reship another one.

I hope I don’t have any issues getting my order… I went ahead and put in the GINORMOUS code just to see how much more I needed to spend to get to the $50 for free shipping (total was only at $57 before code) so it took it down to $35ish and still offered the free shipping option. I went ahead and checked out since that’s all I really wanted and it went through. I hope it really works!

Ginormous does not work on clearance items. Although it says on the home page it includes clearance, when I was checking out it wouldn’t take the 40% off. When I clicked on the details of the promo, it clearly says that the Ginormous code doesn’t work for clearance items. 🙁

A lot of people are complaining about the shipping but it really isnt old navys fault…once it leaves there warehouse (ie shipped) it falls into the hands of delivery companies. There have been several storms that have truckers using alternate routes and completely closing down interstates so things are backed up. It seems we all seem to lose our patience this time of year…they are all trying but sometimes nature plays a MAJOR role!
*coming from a truckers wife who ha been stuck since monday due to closed roads from back to back storms*
