Restaurant.com: $25 Dining Certificate ONLY $4
If you’re looking to save on dining out in your area or to save on eating out when traveling, here’s a great deal for ya! Today only, Restaurant.com is offering up a $25 certificate for ONLY $4 when you use the promo code TWAS at checkout.
Here’s what you’ll need to do…
*Click here to find a restaurant in your neighborhood (search by zip code or city)
*Browse through the list of participating restaurants in your area (you will be able to view the menu, location, and phone # for each restaurant)
*Pick your restaurant and the appropriate certificate amount and then click add to cart; be sure to read the restaurant’s special instructions before purchasing the certificate; many restaurants require that you make a minimum purchase, many add 18% gratuity prior to the certificate being applied, some may state valid for food or dinner only, and some may restrict the days that the certificate can be used (i.e. Monday-Friday only).
*Enter the promo code TWAS into the “Promo Code” box; your discount will then be applied to your purchase. AND your final cost for a $25 certificate will be just $4!
So, it looks like how these work is for most places, you need to spend double the amount of the gift certificate. So you need to pay half cash. Right?
Yes, that’s right. They also automatically include 18% gratuity most places. So, it’s more like paying for a coupon.
Not worth it.
I just can’t seem to log in. Says there’s an error. Anyone else having problems. I had the same problems since the last posting.
Darn. Are you able to try it in a different browser? Hope that helps!
Yup. You have to pay the gratuity so it isn’t worth it.
I stopped buying these after getting dirty looks from cashiers from trying to use a certificate. I once was denied redemption of one because they said they did not sign up to be on the website. Weird.
