Everytime I click the link for the $20 crdit, it just goes to the main site. It says nothing about a credit….is this correct?

    • Stephanie

Yes, you won’t see the credit until you checkout and start adding your info. Hope this helps.

      • Maria

        Thank you!! 🙂

  2. Cat

Same for me can’t see any credit after sign up!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You should see the credit at checkout. Hope that helps!

  3. Gentle

Everyone I’ve referred, it will not give them the $20 credit. They get a message stating that they “are making their system smarter every day and that their account doesn’t qualify for the credit.” What’s the deal??? I liked this site at first, but if this is how it’s going to be I will never shop with them again. I had a bag full ready to send in for donation, too, but I’m not sending it now.

    • S

Yeah, they only allow one account per household. They look at the IP address for those signing up to make sure that not more than one person per household signs up.

      • Gentle

This is different households. That’s my point! I’ve referred people in totally different STATES, not just households. And, the items chosen are not new with tags, we’ve already gone over that, too.

        • S

I was just trying to be helpful.

          • Gentle

Excuse me for being irritated oh sweet as syrup Sarah! I’m sure you’re NEVER irritated! If you just want to be a jerk then mind your own business! I don’t know why she ASSUMED I was trying to set up multiple accounts for myself!

          • Gentle

Hardy har har har I’ve NEVER heard that one before!!! Apparently my name means I never have the right to be frustrated??? Give me a break.

  4. SS

Thanks! I got a Gap jean jacket and yellow Calvin Klein Dress for $12 shipped!

    • SS

I should mention, I have already used Collins link before and gotten all my credits previously. This was just using the 40% discount.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Great buys! You’re welcome!

  5. Elaine

Off topic, but I have a LL Bean $10 off order with free shipping for anyone to use. It is V1K 42E 214. Merry Christmas!

  6. Kellgirl27

This works! I just got three pairs of pants and a shirt for my son and paid $0. This is totally cool! Thank you for sharing! I love this site.

    • Omzak

Did you get the credit after signing up???

      • hello!

You should. You won’t see the credit until you go to check out.

        • Omzak

          Thank you

    • kim

How…, also I did the link collection but my $10 credit does not show up.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You are so welcome!

  7. hello!

I used the link for a collection too and didn’t get any credit. I’ll try again later.

    • hello!

Just tried again. I signed in first and still didn’t get credit for creating a collection. After I go through the pop up window (name the collection, choose sizes, choose colors, and choose brands) is there something else I need to do?

  8. Amanda

Thank you! I was able to get four pairs of shorts, three dresses, and one jacket all for free after all the codes! the only downside is I live in Hawaii (which they don’t ship to), so I had to send it to my MIL’s house.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So glad you could grab some items Amanda! You are very welcome!

  9. Terri

I got a purse thank you.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Terri!

  10. Kelyn N

Got my credit and 9 items for my kiddos for FREE! I also added my kids school to start racking up some $$$ for them! Thank you so much for sharing!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

Ive placed 2 orders with schoola. Although im happy they do have an issue with sizing their items correctly. Ive had 2 items cancelled as well. Ordered a womens med and received a kids med. Another item had bleach spots not visible in the photo but clearly visible in person.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn. Sorry to hear that Debra. Thanks for your honest feedback.

When i go to checkout it still says 34.00 but it asks for my credit card info than just says place order. I’m afraid to press place order and then get charged 34.00 why is it not taking the credit off?

  13. heidi

Just fyi you can only get the $10 credit for creating a collection once. Although you may get the pop up offer and it will say it was successful and you earned a $10 credit, it will not be credited to your account. I did it months ago, but recently assumed that if it was offered again, then said I earned $10, that it would be there. Not the case. I emailed and they nicely apologized for the confusion. Their system doesn’t recognize who has already earned the credit until you get to the checkout.

  14. Theresa

I got to the page where it asks for your credit card and that says the $10 credit applies on the next page. The $10 credit never actually applied and I was charged. I emailed customer service. I hope they fix this for me. Never worked with their customer service before so not sure how it will go. Not sure I’d use them again when they give a credit like that. Depends on how their customer service fixes this.
