To cancel, Login to your amazon account, head to Your Subscribe & Save Items.
Hover over the subscription you’d like to cancel and click Edit subscription. Click Cancel subscription, then click Confirm cancellation. Hope that helps!

I’ve cancelled dozens of subscribe and save items and I wait till after they confirm the shipment (usually a couple days before your shipment date) and charge your card then I cancel it.
