Anybody get free shipping on $35? I’ve been trying this and doesn’t seem to work- apparently if excludes food, which is what these gift baskets are?
I have a Kmart-related question. I bought a large Lego set on their website last week with the promise that it would be available for pickup in my local store on Dec. 24. On Dec. 23 I got an email saying that they had to ship it in from another store and it wouldn’t arrive until today, Dec. 26. Disappointing, but I get it. Things happen. However, there has been no communication today and in the order status it says it was shipped UPS Ground and will not arrive until Jan. 4. This is super upsetting as it was the major Christmas gift for my 7-year-old and I would have just gone to another store and purchased it if I had known it wouldn’t arrive. I’m thinking about calling Kmart customer service – but not sure what I should ask them for. Anyone have any idea whether they can or will reship it Monday overnight so we at least have it before New Year’s?
I had a similiar issue with a gift. I did the online chat with customer service and they were very responsive. Maybe try that first before calling. There is an option to email yourself a copy of the chat – make sure you do that so you have the proof if you do end up having to call!
