I typically don’t bad mouth stores unless I really had a bad experience. I made a few purchase from Shoebuy earlier this month for Christmas and a few items arrived looking nothing like the pictures. I called customer service to ask what steps were needed to exchange the items. They told me I would have to reship the items back individually, place an online order and pay for it and call them back. They will then note the account and delay the shipping until they received my return items (which I was fine). This is the first time, I heard of a return policy such as theirs and asked the rep to explain one more time so I have a full understanding of what is supposed to happen. The rep got upset and said repeatedly, “I already told you, I don’t need to explain again. Thank you” and she hung up. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. Will never buy from them again. Buyers beware!
I’ll echo the terrible customer service. I ordered from Shoebuy for the first on Dec 5, in part to a deal on boots that H2S posted. I received the boots on Dec 20. Barely made them in time for Christmas. And the two times I called CS to check on my order status, they were just ehhh and didn’t have much info. I am never shopping with this company ever again. They have great markdowns but I will try to price match them at other reputable companies.
