Thank you. The website is telling me they have 20+ available at my store, but when I go to checkout and enter card information it tells me they no longer have the item in stock. Anyone else having this issue?

It worked fine for me. It showed that my store had 70+ in AAA and 90+ in AA. Not sure if it has something to do with the quantity in stock.
Same for me my store said it had 112 of them and when I cashed it it said error it’s not available. In Florida
The last time they had this deal online my store showed they had some in stock but ended up calling me and telling me they had no AA’s in stock.

I’ve had this issue with Home Depot quite a bit. I’ve been able to order items showing availability in my area. I would check out and then either get a phone call or an email immediately telling me that the item is no longer in stock. One time I had someone on the phone that told me that the (batteries) were a black Friday “in store only” deal. Just seems strange that they would post the offer online, show availability in the store, and then tell me after I purchase it, that I’ll be getting a refund because the deal was “in store” only. I don’t get it.
Same here! I actually went to the store later that day after I got the call saying none in stock and the item was there. Just different price than online.
Same thing happened when I ordered the buckets from there. Just bizarre to me. I had a nice long exchange via email with their customer service department, but they really had no answers for me other than suggesting I start an online account to check progress on my Home Depot orders. I can’t see how that would help.

Maybe it is certain stores? Before Christmas the rayovac were price $5 for the 24 pk at one of my local Home Depots. But then I was at another and their pricing was about double.

Went to my home depot in Williamsburg, VA this morning and they were marking down all of the Christmas decor to 75% off. They had some nice Martha Stewart items as well as pre-lit trees. Great deals. Went to my Target and still 50/30 and a lot left. Bummed about that.

Picked my order up in Olive branch, ms. Parked in the online order parking( close to door). Walked in and someone was waiting at the door and asked if they could help me. He found my order( which was perfect )and checked my out. 10 minutes tops in store. Great customer service from Trent at Home Depot.

I ordered from here in Mobile, AL, and I got a call about an hour later telling me that they were out of stock, and another call about 20 minutes after that telling me that the deal was a Black Friday only deal (what?!) and that they never had that in stock, but if I want to come in, they have other batteries for sale in store. I was very disappointed, especially because I certainly didn’t believe that the deal is a “Black Friday only deal,” considering it’s almost January and still available on their site, and other people are getting the deal (although I’m aware that deals are almost always ymmv, to say the deal was for Black Friday only and people getting the deal December 31 is ludicrous.)
Argh! And they charged and deducted payment from my PayPal account >:-( How frustrating!!
