    I ordered one but it still says processing, would I have already been notified if it was going to be cancelled?

      Mine is still processing too! I have a feeling they are trying to come up with a good “im sorry for our mistake, your order has been cancelled but here is….” plan.

    My $49 dresser shipped!!!!!!!! It was the Ashley Shylyn Dresser…no longer on the site.

    Estimated delivery: 1/12/16

        I checked my status on the Aafes site…I haven’t received a tracking email yet.

        Fingers crossed the sectional ships…someone’s Ashley reclining couch did ship!

    My account says my recliner and couch shipped, table still says processing. All charges still processing on card. When I look at shipping info, it says shipment info received & it’s booked. While I have had things in the past cancelled even after they said shipped, I’m a little more hopeful now!

      That’s great!!! What time did you order your recliner and couch? I think I ordered the same one. I guess they doing 1st come, 1st serve on orders. Hopefully I’m not too far down the list.

        I ordered at 11am Sunday morning, so not all that early. I got the Ashley Oberson swivel glider recliner & matching reclining sofa.

          Oh ok. I didn’t order the same couch. I got the Ashley Magician Reclining Sofa and recliner. I think that was a popular one and I didn’t order mine til 3pm. I’ll just have to wait and see.

          I ordered the same sofa and got an email this morning saying the couches had shipped, just not the recliner.

              I ordered them early, probably about 8am. Looked at my Star card statement and haven’t been charged for them, but the recliner amount is pending. I’m still not getting my hopes up!

        I ordered the Lulu dresser, Kelton side and end tables and the Magician. I got no email but checked order status and saw that it was cancelled. Stay hopeful though.

    Both of my orders have posted on my credit cards, and the orders say shipped from supplier on all my items. Guess we’ll have to see!

      They say “shipped from supplier” because that’s who ships then, not AAFES. (If you look under that it probably still says order processing). I placed an order for the tree earlier today and it already shipped and has a tracking number. The article says all furniture orders will be cancelled and anyone that placed an order will get a 30% off furniture code for a single order.

        Actually the article I read (AF) said as of then, they weren’t sure whether all would be cancelled. Some people’s have shipped, some cancelled, some still processing. I have a couch & recliner that have shipped, a table still processing.

    Well, I ordered a desperately needed couch (mine’s going on 18 years old with 5 boys so you can imagine) and recliner. My husband’s loveseat/recliner is so bad it nearly pulls your back out closing it and there’s a huge rip that I’ve tried in vain to sew up and have given up and finally tucked a throw in the bottom. he credit card payment has gone through, but if it’s a glitch and we don’t get it, no harm no foul as long as our money’s refunded. It would have been nice, but I don’t mind to make do a while longer if need be. For those whose items indeed ship, yay for you!! and better luck to the rest of us next time. 🙂

    I went ahead and called (I know, I know you’re not supposed to do that) because there was another set that I would have preferred (at a good price) and if this order was going to be cancelled eventually I wanted to know so I could order the other set while it’s on sale 30% off with no tax or shipping—over a thousand dollars savings vs the furniture store or Amazon. Anyhoo, she said the orders will eventually ALL be cancelled and that when it says “processing” it’s actually a hold and the managers are going through them. As to my credit card, she said the pending charge will come off once the order is cancelled. She said some did go through and shouldn’t have, so “LUCKY” (to quote Napoleon Dynamite) for those that are getting their orders. 🙂 The poor girl was so sweet, and I do feel sorry for the ones answering the phone as I know some people have been highly agitated when they called. What happened is not customer service’s fault—they’re just doing their job and probably not making very much to do it.

    I ordered mine on Jan. 1. I got a cancellation. At least when I come on Hip2save I feel like I have sympathetic buddies to cry with! Let’s hope some people do get theirs shipped.

    I ordered a couch and 2 recliners for my in laws who have had the same furniture forever and they shipped. All 4 for $399! On the shipping page it gives me a tracking number and says someone will call me to set up a delivery time. I’m sorry for everyone’s orders that didn’t ship :/

    We ordered some chairs, stools, 3 recliners, a table set and a couch. Just received the chairs and stools today. Two of the reclines say shipped and the table set. Still waiting on the couch and another recliner to change from processing order…

    Well, the 1st sofa and recliner I ordered (for $249!!) were officially cancelled today. WAAAHHH!!! Just kidding. I placed another order for a very highly rated sofa, loveseat and recliner set for $1167 that would cost me about 900-1100 more in store or on Amazon. They confirmed it’s a legit sale. Not as great a price as before, but a good deal and I am just tickled pink to FINALLY (hopefully) be getting new furniture. (Our set now is about 17 years old and we have 5 boys….so you can imagine). Hoping everything ships asap and nothing is damaged…..that’s my worry now. I’m hoping everything gets here alright.

    So, ours still says processing order. Both the items we ordered are no longer on the website. But, out of curiosity, I clicked the “reorder- add to cart” on the order status page and it added the item to my cart at the discounted price!! So, I guess this isn’t totally fixed? I went all the way to the payment page to see if it would be removed from my cart, but nope!

      Same here! I tried to reorder my item and it shows it in my cart for the discounted price. I got the other magician reclining sofa and promised my other one to a disabled vet that was pretty much homeless due to his mothers debt. He doesn’t even have a couch so if this doesn’t go through then I’ll have to break the news to him that I can’t give it to him. Breaks my heart!

        I tried the same thing and when I clicked to buy it said the product was no longer available. I got an email that my couches shipped and my recliner cancelled and the couches were charged to my card today.

    My was cancelled. Knew this was going to happen though… Kind of feels like stealing anyways since we know it was a mistake. Hoping they at least offer a coupon for those of us that placed orders thinking we were getting a great clearance score.

    Well, my order was cancelled, but when I talked to them I was very nice and polite. Not customer service’s fault what happened. I placed another order last night and got an Ashley sofa, loveseat and recliner (Larkinhurst) that has great reviews for $1167 shipped. This afternoon I had a coupon code emailed to me for 30% off because of the initial order cancellation. So, I called them, explained what happened, told them about the coupon code and THEY APPLIED IT TO MY ORDER FOR ME!!! Bless them, saved me $350.10 and made my total for 3 pieces of new furniture shipped to our home $816.90. Thank you hip2save for posting this to begin with, and I am THRILLED with the deal I am getting. We needed new furniture SO badly!!

    I’m a little confused. There is a coupon for ALL customers for 30% off the furniture purchases. I thought it was only for the error last Sunday on purchases that was canceled.

      I didn’t even get my coupon! I tried to chat with a rep last night and she said “did you get your email”. I told her I didn’t and she said “wait for your email” and exited the chat.

      Pretty bad customer service if you ask me. It was their mistake, they need to own it, and not act like it was my fault for their error!

      And my order was cancelled. Never got an email but on the website it shows cancelled. I think if some peoples went through then everyone’s should!

    For anyone that has any couches shipped, can I get some advice. I orders a couch and a recliner. The recliner was cancelled. The couch on the exchange site says shipped and gives a ref number. When I go to the myseko page, it says “Shipment Data Received” and *Last Tracked Status* Booked and gives an estimated delivery date for next week.

    Does that mean I was lucky and I will get the couch? Or how do I know if it was cancelled but is showing an error?

    Also – what is the coupon code for all customers. Thinking of re-ordering the recliner. IDK since I do not want to do that if I do not get the couch.

    Do I just keep playing the wait game? Do I call mySeko and ask? Do I call the exchange site and ask. IDK.

      I ended up calling Seko because my situation was identical to yours. The lady told me that they didn’t have a phone number on file for me to set up my delivery (so they were just gonna let it sit until I called???). They gave me a delivery time of tmrw from 12-4. Reading online reviews that company doesn’t have great ones. My credit card was charged for the couches. The 30% coupon code is JANFURN and is only valid until 16 Jan. Good luck!

      The furniture is available just not at the price listed. AAFES took the items down for a while but I can find the items I ordered on the site at regular price again.
