Off topic but really need to know if any of you have experienced this. I placed an order with Shutterfly and got tracking numbers for shipments. Problem is for 2 shipments, tracking number says ‘unavailable’ after like 7 days of order creation. I have been trying to call Shutterfly but either the wait time is too long or they are closed. Just want to know if anyone faced this problem and did you receive your package?
Shipping does take a while but I’ve never really checked on mine anytime I ordered. Maybe email them?

Definitely contact them through chat or email I had one that never showed any tracking history even after a week it gave me an error when checking tracking I contacted them through email and they responded super fast and resent a new one with like two day delivery at no charge. I love shutterfly they have the best printing and customer service

Last time I found that shipping was more when I ordered from the phone app. I went to the full website, ordered the same photos and shipping was down to 5.99. Weird!
