I’ve had so many bad experiences with this company. Several of my orders were cancelled. And not even right away but stayed in limbo for two weeks (but charged my credit card right away) and THEN cancelled it without explanation. I’ve realized with this company that if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. Other orders took weeks for status updates (even though it says shipped within 2-5 business days on their site) and every time I called customer service, though they are overly polite, they are absolutely no help and can give you no answers. Im hoping that they improve their business practices in the future, because you can find some nice deals every so often.

Glad I saw this. I was on there about to order 2 cases of Almond Milk and 4 cases packs of Apple Juice for my son. He goes through these at lightning speed and the price I saw listed on the website was an amazing deal, but I don’t want the hassle. Kinda bummed because $10 for a case of 6 bottles of milk is a great price!
I’ve ordered several times from jet.com and only had an issue once. I contacted them and they refunded the amount right away. Their customer service is top notch. The issue was because of delivery, not even their fault. I definitely recommend them.

Fyi I can almost guarantee you will receive an order but if only one bar. This has happened to me several times ordering off their site. I’ll find a seemingly good or even great deal and be sent only one of the item. Even with my order confirmation they won’t do anything about it claiming the fine print states they don’t have to guarantee any quantities/sizes. Just today said enough is enough and I’m done with jet when I paid 3.50 for a 12 pk of bars only to get 1 and paid 4.00 for a six pack of baking soda only to get 1
As mentioned above bought this deal and received only one bar instead of a 12 count package of bars for this price. I called and was refunded. They said it was a typo on the website.
