Got welcome20 to work but when I enter shipfree it says not valid.
Finally got my order through. It kept saying my order did not qualify for the shipfree but it didn’t charge me shipping and it did take off 20%! My doggies thank you!!!!

I ordered a cat tree and the slowness of the site forced me to get on my desktop. I then entered the promos and the 20% worked but no the “shipfree” promo. So feeling disappointed I read the promos exclusions and it didn’t say cat trees. I then did the online chat with customer service and got it all taken care of. My awesome cat tree costed $26 with tax and shipping!
