    i used topcash back for the first time back in november 2015 and there was a promotion where they give you 12.99 on a minions dvd or something like that and they never did its still feb2016 and nothing no money yet.. this being said i will never ever use this website again. I WONT GET FOOLED AGAIN!

    I have never had problems with topcashback. I received an email last week with an extra $5 on top of the regular cashback (valid one time). They can take awhile to release the cash but you can usually see it pending.

      it will come automatically, takes a few weeks, you can keep your receipt just in case you need to, but normally it happens automatically
