No u cannot combine any coupons at jcp unless it’s a reward and even then if it says $25 off $25 “coupon” u won’t be able to when they were doing the spend $100 in gc and get 25 back around Christmas it was issued as a coupon so I couldn’t combine with anything else 🙁
You have to look at the wording on each coupon.
