I’m getting free shipping with the code posted but does anyone know why I’m being charged a “shipping surcharge” of $3.25 on the slow cooker?
I order the waffle maker, slow cooker and griddle a couple weeks ago when I saw this deal. I chose to pick up in store. I got a confirmation email and then late got another email saying the griddle was now out of stock and I’d be informed when it was ready to be picked up. I picked up the first part of order and never got another email so I contacted Kohls through their online chat. The person who answered told me my remainder of my order had been cancelled. I also lost out on the savings I was supposed to get by using a code that applied to an amount reached by ordering all three appliances. I hope this makes sense.

Kim, online chat doesn’t have the capability to process orders. I recently had part of an order cancelled. The online chat guy had me call this number: 1-855-564-5705. I was able to get the item replaced and shipped for free. Try calling them they may be able to get you partial refund or a gift card.
Nikki, thanks for the info and the phone number. I’ll give it a try – doesn’t hurt since they never actually notified me of the item being cancelled. One thing I’ve noticed about the Kohls website is they don’t have a clear way to email them about issues. Their contact page answers a few questions but as far as I could see there wasn’t a way to actually send an email to customer service. I really appreciate the number.
I bought 3 of these appliances back in November when they offered $12 rebate each, I got $15 Kohl’s cash from spending $50 and free shipping, and submitted my rebate form for all 3… I received my visa card rebate worth $36 in the mail yesterday! YAAAASSSS!!!

Could anyone please help me? I bought a waffle maker and I’m supposed to send the barcode sticker from the product for the rebate. Do I cut the barcode from the cardboard box? There is no sticker on it. Thanks
Roxy, yes.:-) I used an X-acto knife to cut it off from the bottom of the box. I did this deal during Christmas and I have rec’d all my rebates cards in the mail already. It was MM for mine because the rebates were $12 each.
