I love their bug spray. It is a nice size for traveling, and it does not spill. Their air freshener/fabric freshener is great. We have tried all 3 scents and love them, they actually eliminate the smell somehow instead of covering it up, they smell really good, and the bottles last forever. I also like their hand sanitizer spray.The spray cleaners, and cleaner refills work great, but you can also find those at Target at good prices. The fabric softener sheets are nice as we normally do not purchase those because of the chemicals. They are almost like wet wipes, those you can find at Target too. I try to pick the pricier items that you can not find as easily in the stores to make it worth the cost. I read mixed reviews on their sunscreen, but it is the only spray kind that I will buy. It worked just fine for us, and that is a great item to get in a bundle because of the cost. I purchased two actually when I got mine.

I love honest products. If anyone is ordering I highly recommend the cleaning products. They are some of my favorite out there. They clean up the messiest of messes and don’t have the harsh chemical smell like a lot of products do so I feel comfortable using them around my little ones. The bathroom cleaner and the multi surface cleaner are staples in my house. I also love the organic healing balm. My 3 year old has bad eczema and it does a wonderful job clearing it up. If anyone would be so kind as to use my link I would be really grateful.

I like their wipes. They are the best I’ve used. I won’t use any other wipes (which is too bad because huggies are always inexpensive but I hate them due to honest brand being so awesome) I use their cleaning products too. I hated the newborn diaper. It was a terrible fit but I like the diapers now that we are in size 3 but we use pampers and Up & Up brand because they work just as well and we can get them so much cheaper with hip2save’s help! The bathroom cleaner smells amazing! Those are my recommendations.

I haven’t tried to get a refund or return before but their customer service was really great when I received a defective product (packaging issue). They sent a replacement FAST and they didn’t ask any questions. I would imagine that they would be just as great if your baby was allergic.
yes, you can return, there is a “restocking fee” – I think it is $10 or something? Just a suggestion, DON’T order their newborn size diapers …. no umbilical cutout so you have to fold them down, which is fine except you will be so busy not sleeping you don’t really want to deal with that too

Also, their dryer sheets are AWESOME for those with sensitive skin – my husband and kids breakout from most fabric softeners, but are fine with the Honest Co dryer sheets and they work great!

I tried the free samples a while back, and although I was really happy with the products, I couldn’t fit it into my budget at the time. I used the live chat on their website(instead of having to call) and she was able to cancel or put my subscription on hold for 6 months. I put it on hold, and now was able to go back and order it with the 35% coupon-it didn’t work at first and once again through the live chat they were able to help me out. So far, I am super impressed with their customer service and the products and am excited to get my first bundle at a great price!
