I’ve been shopping for a microwave today. I’ve never purchased anything used from Amazon Warehouse. This is tempting, but I’m a little nervous. Anybody have any experience with this??
Wondering the same. I don’t mind damage to the box, but not sure how I feel about damage to the top (even though our microwave sits on a shelf in a closet).
I’ve had great experiences with Amazon Warehouse. For the most part, nothing was wrong with the product at all. On one incident, there was a small dent in a rice cooker I purchased but it did say “less than 5% cosmetic damage,” works as it should otherwise, no issues. I love shopping Warehouse deals.
I try to always buy open box bc of the price difference. I usually choose “very good” or “like new” just to be safe. I’ve only had a problem once: description said small dent but it was actually a large dent. Amazon sent a prepaid label and refunded my money. So easy. My favorite open box “find” was a Cuisinart smartnoven for $69 instead of $220ish. I say give it a try since the return policy is so liberal. I bought my instant pot and a pressure cooker cookbook open box, by the way
