    Just a heads up, if it’s clearance, they will cancel your order with no email or anything! every time i order online, they cancel my orders. plus they have so many complaints on their Facebook page and they don’t respond! just my experience. not worth the headache. twice, i’ve had to wait over 30 days to receive my money back after they cancelled my orders and did not notify me. -_-

      Thanks!!! I totally forgot I’m still waiting on a pair of leggings from early January. Guess that’s not coming 🙁 Now I need to make sure they didn’t keep my money

      So true, .. I order some stuff with a gift card, they didn’t email me about the order get cancel, i have to call them and ask to send me a gift card, it took over 30 days to get my gift card… BAD costumer service
      , Too bad cause I love the jeans, im petite so I like that it come in short leght

      I had a similar experience. Of the 15 things I ordered, they canceled 11 of them. I emailed them asking what had happened and why there isn’t a better system to avoid this always happening, it’s an absolute waste of time looking on their site. They wrote back with the most RUDE reply that was basically like “sorry/ not sorry, stuff happens” Horrible customer service. I was more pissed off after reading the reply than if they hadn’t sent anything at all.

      I have never had a problem with getting my orders. Regular price or clearance…fast shipping.

    Be aware that the jackets run very small. Usually AE stuff runs big on me, I average a size small with them but a size medium in these jackets was too small for me. I’ve ordered online from them quite a few times and not had any issues.

    Ehhh…I tried to order these denim jackets before (when they were listed as $14.99) but as soon as I placed the order, the price went up to $27.98. I called customer service about it and even emailed them a screen shot of the discounted price but they still wouldn’t adjust the price. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Half of my orders were also cancelled from January.
