    Found a lot of cool great prices things!! Thanks! Always be sure to price check my dollar tree sells majority of the $2 items I saw. Assuming you have one near you. But everything else was half off of Amazon. Yeah!!!

    I ordered the last time this site was posted. It was 2/11/16. My tracker says my items will not be delivered until 2/29/16. I personally think that eighteen days for a delivery is a bit absurd. The deals however, were pretty good, which is why I ordered. But if you expect your items quickly, you may be disappointed.

    Here is what their actual website states for shipping terms: “You’ll receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number within 10-12 business days after the order is placed. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please expect up to 7 days for delivery from our Hollar distribution center in Los Angeles, California.” (i.e. 17-19 days after payment)

    I ordered on the 8th, and haven’t received my order yet. It’s funny, I emailed to cancel my order a couple of days ago, and a couple hours later, they shipped out my order. I should get it Friday they said. 18 days is a long shipping time I would think. Just be prepared to wait for your order.

    Don’t get too excited about the amazing deal items, they most likely don’t actually have them in stock. I ordered a Ford F-150 toy that is normally $20 for $2. Of course my box showed up without it. I logged in and saw my charge was reduced, but I received no notification that it was out of stock or what happened. I had to email them and I just got a generic “sorry, we’re still working the kinks out” reply. This same thing has happened to several friends. It seems to be a bait and switch operation. They lure you in with the amazing deals then you add filler to get free shipping and they only ship the filler. So frustrating!

        As I said, I already emailed support@hollar.com and received a response that said “Sorry, we’re working the kinks out”. I don’t see how emailing again will help.

    Be sure if you’re planning a party to look at their supplies! Very satisfied! Shipping does take a while but worth the wait to save $!

    I ordered a ton of shopkins stuff for a birthday party and got it in about a week! Not bad if you ask me! And the prices can’t be beat, I’m buying more right now for Easter thanks Collin!

    Yeah i emailed them they said it would be another 7-10 days amd they would send me a tracking number amd i ordered feb 2.. Dont know if id order again i was hoping to get stuff for birthday party i have on friday..

    Check your charges! My order arrived today and one item was unfulfilled “due to overwhelming demand” according to the letter in the box. It said I would receive a refund for this item but when I checked my Paypal account no refund had been issued. My Hollar account shows the reduced amount for the order total but the actual money taken from me is still the original order amount and it shows as a completed transaction in Paypal. I emailed them so hopefully they process the return amount for me.

      File a claim with PayPal. I had to do that for an order with 1800Flowers. Cancelled order with them but PayPal had no record of the cancellation. Took 30 days but they finally corrected it.

    Shipping was slow for me with my last order but I did love everything I got and the prices were great. I am a Dollar Tree shopper and the $2 items I purchased were not something I would be able to find at Dollar Tree. I will be ordering from them again.

    I ordered feb. 11. I haven’t received any email saying it had been shipped yet. I contacted the company because I grew concerned and the next received email saying it take 10-12 business days before it is shipped. Hoping it gets here by the 10th for my child’s birthday.

    I placed 3 orders. .i emailed them and they explained that they are a new company and a bit behind schedule due to unforseen demand but still sending out orders as fast as they can. .i was emailed back a fast receipt then stating that my 2nd order was shipped but i did receive my first order today. ..and it was perfect! !! I was more than happy. I’m just waiting for my next 2 orders to arrive and I’ll be ordering more. .looks like a great new company!

    I have to say that I’ve read the reviews and i fully understand these facts. .it’s a new company, they have amazing deals, i may have to wait longer than usual, i may not get my complete order but will be credited back. .but my first order came today and it was AMAZING..and I’ll order again (and I’m a saavy dollar store shopper and know my good deals. .lol)

    I got this email from them last night, and my order was placed 2/15/16:

    Thank you so much for your patience. We know you have been waiting a longer time than usual for your order placed between Feb 13th – Feb 15th to ship. We have experienced phenomenal growth in the last few weeks, and we are working round the clock to ship out all orders as soon as we can.

    Most orders will ship within 12 days of payment and will arrive 5-7 days thereafter. Of course, we will do everything in our power to do better.

    Hmmm…so they are a little slow, I was wondering why I hadn’t been sent notification that my order has shipped. As long as it is here by March 22nd I will be happy. Otherwise I will opt to order from somewhere else the next time I need things for children’s festivities.

    I just got an email yesterday that two of the items in my order are out of stock. Really disappointed that it gets all the way through to being shipped and then I get an email that they are out of stock. I was counting on these items for a gift. They said they will refund my money (but PayPal typically takes awhile) and they said they gave me s $2 credit. Not enough for me to go through this again. Also, I ordered on 2/11 and still don’t have my order. I will no longer order from them!

    I ordered from them recently because there was a great deal on Essie nail polish.
    You have to create an account to be able to place a order. You cannot do a Guest Checkout.
    So they save your payment information (credit card). I emailed customer support and they offered to “remove it for me”.
    I emailed them back and said I would prefer to edit it myself so if I order again, I will be able to go back and remove the information.
    Customer support then responded with “we apologize we cannot edit your order.”
    I didn’t ask to edit my ORDER. I asked to be able to remove my credit card information from being saved in their system.
    Very upset about this. I will be reporting this to the appropriate agencies and obviously will never order from them again.
