   I don’t think the Scott deal is a good price. It comes out to $.62/roll. I can easily get toilet paper for $.50 or less with a sale and coupon. If it’s convenient for you to order this, that’s another story.

  But these have 1000 sheets per roll, vs. for example, a double roll of Angel Soft has 264 sheets. Lasts a lot longer!

  I ONLY buy the Scott 1000- sheets and I only buy it when it’s $.50 or less. If you see it on sale, a good way to tell if it’s a good deal, for 1000 sheet Scott tp (imho) is to look at the # of rolls & divide by 2. If the price is that amount or less, it’s a decent deal. (ex. If it’s 12 rolls, divide by 2 = 6. If the price is $6 or less, it’s a decent deal ($.50/roll.) If you find it for closer to $.40, stock up. I often find the CVS deals, when you buy three 12 packs for $6.99 and get a 5 ECB when you spend $20 are a good deal. This would cost $.44 per roll. It’s even better if you also have a MQ! ($6.99 x 3 = $20.97 – $5 ECB = $15.97/36 rolls = $.44/roll; cheaper if you also have MQ’s.)

  Gotcha, I thought maybe you were talking about toilet paper prices in general. To me right now this is a pretty good deal (compared to current deals on some other brands), while I’ve gotten it cheaper also. Thanks for the tips! I’d rather buy this brand too!

   If anyone is looking for a good deal on headlamps Lowes has 2 for $14, regular price, with batteries as well. They are not energizer brand but are still really good quality.

   Is anyone else as frustrated as I am with Amazon reviews by people who “have received this item on a discount for an honest review.” I’ve been looking for an oil diffuser for some time now, but 99.9% of the reviews are this type. I’m a huge Amazon fan and customer, but I just can’t stand that this type of thing is allowed.

  I don’t know why so many people assume that just because someone got a free product they won’t give an honest review. I have seen lots of complaints about this but I feel it’s unwarranted. I know a lot of people that do product reviews and give fair reviews regardless if the product is free or not.
