Credit card with a 25 cent charge and the high possibility of spam. NO THANKS
I did mine and didnt get charged anything and they never asked for credit card info!
Oh wow! I am still finding it available for $.25.
This isn’t that good of a deal IMHO. It’s only .1 oz or 3 ml. Barely enough to even try the product. A very small packet. (Most stores throw in this size sample for free so $0.25 is a lot comparatively.)
Just received the following email and wondering if anyone else received it too. It seems like a scam to me just like the “free” herb seeds offer a couple months ago. No Thank You….I do not want to spend any money when you advertise it as “free”:
“Oh no – we’ve run out of caffeinated shaving cream samples | Plan B:
Wow! You’re one in 30,000! Actually, you’re one of 30,000. That’s how many people requested a free caffeinated shaving cream sample last Friday. Unfortunately, at this point we’ve run out of free samples. 🙁
Please accept our sincere apologies, and this “Plan B” – a $5 credit to put toward any product in our store. Thanks again!”
I got the same email. I notice that this is happening a lot more frequently lately. I might start avoiding these smaller/newer company samples. It seems like a easy way for them to advertise and build up their mailing list. 😕
Bought the sample for 25 cents and received a .1 oz or 3 ml sample. What a joke! I could not even try the product. Nothing was even in the packet. I took a swipe with my finger and my skin absorbed most of it lol.
I am just thinking about the meeting they had in a conference room when they all agreed that .1 oz sample will entice customers to purchase the product. They spent money on postage, envelope, address label, and a coupon (to buy one get one free), and still lost a customer.
