How do you get it? I clicked on the link and signed up but nothing.
The same happened for me. Then I clicked to go to desktop site and the sign up was right there for the free sample.

I think it only works from the desktop (or try clicking view desktop site when you scroll all the way down on your phone on that page). I was getting that issue on my phone and it worked perfectly on the computer! Hope that helps!

If you are not able to see the sample form, please click the link via a desktop/laptop as the sample does NOT display on a mobile device.
I’m on the cheapest Android cell, no need for PC. Simply go to cell’s browser menu (the 3 dots on upper-right corner), and choose “request desktop site/view”, then the free sample form would show up.
I realized you have to be on the desktop site, it doesn’t work on mobile.
