Did anyone take advantage of the Stride Rite deal Collin posted in January? It was $5 off now and get $10 later. I did 3 transactions and received 3 $10 emails but 2 were duplicates and in store wouldn’t take them. Just curious if anyone else had any issues.
I did two transactions, only got one code, emailed and they sent another, very good customer service
Judy I emailed and they said I should only have got one code since it was one per customer per day. I don’t remember that being In the disclaimer. Oh well. I’ll just figure out which transaction was denied the $10 code and return it. Simple as that. I hate when stores don’t honor deals. If it was one per customer per day, then why send me 2, instead of 1? Makes no sense.
That was in teeny tiny fine print, I ordered two different days, they changed that promo after a couple days…. At first it worked on clearance , and then only on full price merchandise, which was a little shady

I have always had terrible experiences with their customer service. Once they sent me the wrong size – their error – and it was a nightmare to unscramble. Another time the shoe I ordered was out of stock so they cancelled my order but still charged my credit card. I called several times for a refund and ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the $ back. Never again stride rite!
I can see myself never shopping there again too!
