How long do these boxes take to get? I still haven’t received the last box
You can track your boxes, under “account”, they do take a long time.
Usually somewhere around a 3 week mark. Seems to come the week before new samples release
Usually a month from shipping date.
I just got the last box yesterday.
The last box was only ordered roughly two weeks ago.. they pushed the date back. It USUALLY takes about a month. Think of how many people are requesting these samples. Patience.
If you check the tracking they usually arrive about a month after it says it shipped.

I did compete profile but didn’t get any samples at all? How?
It just works out like that sometimes. My profile is complete and I make sure to update as needed and complete the feedback for the samples I do receive. I went 3 months without being able to select any samples, something about my profile not fitting what they were offering. But today, I was able to select 5. Sometimes after the “rush” they release some samples that will open to more pinchers, so try back later today or even tomorrow. I’ve had that happen to me a few times.
How do I update the profile?
Same thing happened to me. You would think the first time you signed up, they would at least give you one sample!
I just signed up today and it said there was no samples. I just went back right now and I had 4 samples to choose from! So I would check back

I logged in and had one sample waiting for me. I went back to my profile and completed all the profile info and then had 5 more samples to pick! I’m excited to try them out!

Why do I keep getting “This page can’t be displayed” for the pinch me site but I can access it on another computer. What is wrong with my laptop or is it internet explorer. Can anyone advise?
How do you get the kitty litter coupons? It is for people with multiple cats? I have one cat; but never manage to get the kitty litter coupons. I was lucky and got 5 samples this time.

It seems they run out fast so no samples for me this time. Is there any specific time of the month when new samples are up for grabs?
It’s suppose to be Noon, but I noticed that usually it goes live from 11:55 on. But think since they designated things more by profile recently, it actually allows more time for people before items run out. Like I totally forgot today, didn’t get to log on until close to 12:30 and I still had 4 samples where as before all samples would have been out by 12:05 – max. I could be wrong, but this is how things been for me

I never get any samples! I don’t get it!! This is frustrating bc usually what others get as samples are things I could use or would make sense. I have a young baby so why wouldn’t I get diaper rash ointment???
